Finding Yourself Before Finding Love

We all want love; we were basically designed to love. But, we were not designed to let love over power our morals. I think one of the biggest flaws a woman could obtain is letting your significant other or the idea of wanting love in general takeover your life. One of my favorite quotes by: Tae Yum Kim reads; "Before you can express love, you must find love. You must know love within yourself before you can express it. You must love yourself before you can give it to another." I say all this to say: ladies, love yourself. Don't focus on love RIGHT NOW. What is destined to happen, will happen. Just because it has not happened yet does not mean it won't happen. Before seeking love from another; seek love from yourself FIRST. Our life is a book. Slow down, read carefully, and take each chapter by storm.
